Not gonna lie anymore. It always :p :p :p :ps me over. Here's the skinny, some chic said she'd call me at 6:30 to go see a movie. I then told my dad I was gonna see a movie with a friend but probably stop by his house first. which was just a cover--I really didn't want to listen to my parens sayin' "awww, he's going out on a date" when in all reality we were just wantin' to see a movie, thats it.

Well, she didn't call at 6:30 and I left at 6:55 (takes ~20min to get there) for a 7:15 showing. Looked around, didn't see her. Found out when I got home my dad unfortunatly picked up the phone and told her that I went to a friends house. So thats probably hte reason that she didn't show up in the first place.

And the real kicker is I now can't find the ticket stubs to prove to her I went....Ain't that a bitch.

the Last time I was Talking to myself . I got into such a heated argument . that is why I swore I never talk to that guy again. you know what it worked now no buddy talking to me. :help

I don't think all the blame is on me though, cause seh called at 7:10 according to caller-id. I mean, thats 5 minutes before the show starts. I know she said she only lives 5 minutes from the theater and I know we've both see the beginning (eh, she's an employee so we take our breaks together every once in a while) but she should have called atleast close to when she said she would have, don't you think?

I mean, I'm gonna tell her the truth, what happened and all--but I don't know if I should go in and tell her or just call her (thanks caller-id! ;) hehe) I'll probably just let her think it was all my fault and try to make up by doin' something after she gets off tomarrow. Damn, I'm such a noob at this BS :o

But is the clock right on the caller-id? Some have a built-in clock and maybe it's wasn't changed the last savings time change.

I'd be honest with her, chicks dig that. Well usually. And hey, maybe she got shy about calling you if she was late, that happens so I'd call her and just talk with her and try to get another movie setup.



Then tell her about the time you worked for the CIA. :D :P

You'd be amazed at what some females will believe. They believe because they want to believe mr right is in their grasp. :D


I haven't used that one line too much though. :P Saying I'm an X-pro Linebacker actually works better,hehe

I think it's more that they just amuse the guy and go along with his line-O-BS if they're at all attracted to the guy. From what I've heard from women who been in bars for example, most guys usually tell the women a line such as they're a doctor, lawyer, boss, CEO, etc (always someone of importance, position of power). Few guys come out clean and just admit that they're a mere 'herman' working for some smuck, making no money for example.
I'd say that if you're still living at home and goin' for an older woman, don't tell her that you live at home right away or she'll be gone.
