Weird Request! No, Not That Kind! Lol!
Folks, I'm in desparate need of a set of restore/recovery disks for an H-P Pavilion 6623. My friend's daughter's rig had a HDD die (ain't never heard a HDD make this kinda racket neither!!!) and she never had the restore disks from the time she bought this pig, I mean rig, at Wally world (Wal-Mart) I've tried using generic drivers for the modem and sound card and it just flips me off. The onboard video is a SiS530 and even SiS's own drivers don't work properly on this thing. The MoBo is an Asus P5S-VM SS7 with a K6-2/500Mhz. She can't afford to replace the MoBo or order an original BIOS chip so I figured the best route to go is to set it back to original and go from there. Please, if you have those restore/recovery disks LMK! Thanks folks!
