Alright, thats it. I'm buying a Lian Li case and doing that mod. I *must* have the hottest case at the (not so local) LAN. :)

Beautiful work, and a good, thorough website about the mod too

well... how about booting using the OS cd?

and btw... he can get floppy...
1) use regular fdd w/ a bracket (like the ones internal zip drives use)
or
2) use usb fdd

FDD? we don't need no stinkin FDD

Post by wiseganesha »

Just to let a few know, that the Floppy is certainly not a necessity anymore. I haven't had one in my computer for 5 years. You can write to(and read from) a CDRW way faster than a floppy, and you can make bootable CDs so what more do you need? (btw modern OSs come on bootable CDs)

Thanks again to all who visited my site, and the new addy is http://caffeine.l33tpeeps.com in case you didn't get the news. :)

Think you can wait until after August 21st? I may get my license on my b-day.. :)

Nah, probably won't make it this year... I wouldn't want to lug my Antec 840 all the way. There is a pretty nice 15" monitor I could bring though.
